Job summary

Peninsula Cleaning Service, Inc. is seeking a part-time Floor Tech/Janitor to clean in commercial buildings in Hampton and Newport News, VA. You will work from 7:00pm to 10:00pm, Monday through Friday, performing floor care, dusting, mopping, and related cleaning tasks to maintain high-quality results.

The position requires 3–4 years of janitorial floor tech experience, the ability to pass a background check, and pre-employment testing. Location is on-site at multiple sites within the area.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of janitorial floor tech experience in commercial or medical facilities
• Background check required
• Pre-employment testing required

Responsibilities

• Sweep, dust, and mop floors
• Carpet cleaning and stripping/waxing
• Buffing floors and restrooms maintenance
• Empty trash and maintain clean work areas
• Work independently in the evenings and meet quality standards
