Job summary

KleenMark is hiring a Cleaning Technician (Floor Tech) for the Brown Deer location. The role focuses on maintaining building cleanliness with assigned tasks like restroom and floor care, trash handling, and general upkeep during the 5pm–9pm shift, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Schedule: 5pm to 9pm, Monday to Friday.
• Pay: $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Restrooms: cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors; replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Floors: sweeps, mops, vacuums; may scrub, wax, and polish floors.
• Break rooms / Kitchenettes: cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, refrigerators; replenishes supplies.
• Dust: dusts furniture, equipment, partitions, etc.
• Trash: empties wastebaskets and recyclables; transports to disposal area.
• Other Duties: cleans rugs, carpets, upholstery; washes walls and woodwork; washes windows and partitions.
