Job summary

PRIMARY CARE PARTNERS INC in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Janitorial Floor Care Technician. The role is full-time with a swing shift from 6:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. and involves carpet extraction, hard surface floor striping, waxing, burnishing and safety tasks in a medical facility.

Base pay is $16.35–$19.35 per hour, with benefits including health insurance and retirement contributions. Prior floor care experience is preferred and OSHA housekeeping standards knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety and floor care equipment operation.
• Good janitorial skills.
• Proficiency in Excel to maintain floor care records.

Responsibilities

• Keep the facility floors clean and maintain a professional atmosphere.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly floor maintenance.
• Be available for occasional coverage for housekeeping.
• Able to perform stripping, refinishing, top coating, burnishing, carpet extraction and cleaning.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheet for floor care records.
