Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks and operate floor care equipment.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques, cleaning chemicals, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized floor care, including stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, and carpet cleaning.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed to complete tasks.
• Complete and document work orders according to requirements.
• Follow SDS, PPE, and safety procedures at all times.
