Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Evendale, Ohio is seeking a Floor Technician to safely perform floor care, waxing, stripping, buffing, and related duties in accordance with standards.

The role requires no formal education, with 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred; a valid driver’s license and forklift certification may be required. You will work Mon-Fri 5:00 pm – 1:30 am, earning $16.00–$17.00 per hour in a safety‑conscious environment.

Qualifications

• No education requirement; 6 months to 1 year experience preferred.
• May require a valid driver’s license and forklift certification.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and safe chemical use.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures. Stop at risk behaviors in others and self.
• Work with other employees in a team to complete assignments.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
