Job summary

Community Concierge Services in Orlando, FL is seeking District Porters for a part-time evening role. You’ll drive a company-provided pickup truck to apartment communities, collect bagged trash and recycling, and keep areas clean with friendly, professional service.

No experience required. Valid driver’s license with 5+ years of clean driving history. 20–35 hours per week, Sunday–Thursday nights, 7–3, with occasional weekends. W2 employment, direct deposit, and paid training.

Earn $180 Per Night Driving a Company-Provided Truck

Community Concierge Services (CCS) is hiring District Porters in the Orlando, FL area to collect doorstep trash and recycling from apartment communities. This is a part-time evening job perfect for anyone looking for supplemental income, a second job, or side work with a flexible night schedule.

No experience required. Company truck provided. Paid training.

What You’ll Earn

• $180 per day (flat rate per shift)
• Company pickup truck provided - no wear and tear on your personal vehicle
• W2 employee position (not 1099 contractor)
• Direct deposit on the 5th and 20th of each month
• 20–35 hours per week average, up to 5 shifts available
• Advancement opportunities - top performers earn additional shifts and promotions

Schedule

• Sunday–Thursday: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Sundays start at 6pm)
• Friday & Saturday: 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM (weekend shifts not currently required in this market; every-other-weekend availability needed if added)
• Shift length: 5–7 hours per night
