Earn $180 Per Night Driving a Company-Provided Truck

Community Concierge Services (CCS) is hiring District Porters in the Gaithersburg, MD area to collect doorstep trash and recycling from apartment communities. This is a part-time evening job perfect for anyone looking for supplemental income, a second job, or side work with a flexible night schedule.

No experience required. Company truck provided. Paid training.

What You'll Earn

• $180 per day (flat rate per shift)
• $150 per day (Friday and Saturday)
• Company pickup truck provided - no wear and tear on your personal vehicle
• W2 employee position (not 1099 contractor)
• Direct deposit on the 5th and 20th of each month
• 20-35 hours per week average, up to 5 shifts available

Schedule

• Sunday-Thursday: 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM (Sundays start at 6pm)
• Friday & Saturday: 7:00 PM - 1:00 AM (weekend shifts not currently required in this market; every-other-weekend availability needed if added)
• Shift length: 5-7 hours per night

What You'll Do as a District Porter

• Replace dog station bags and common area waste bags
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents
