Job summary

Central Bucks School District is seeking a 2nd Shift Floating Custodian for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position offers benefits and pays $21.15 per hour, with hours from 3:00pm to 11:30pm (1/2-hour unpaid meal).

Location is Operations (location subject to change). Responsibilities include cleaning floors, trash removal, disinfecting lavatories, cleaning glass surfaces, assisting with snow removal, and supporting outdoor events.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate commercial vacuums, floor scrubbers, and stripping machines.
• Snow removal using shovel or snow blower.
• Knowledge of handling and diluting cleaning chemicals.
• Follow standard safety and cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collect and discard trash; maintain floors by sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Clean and disinfect lavatories; clean glass surfaces and mirrors.
• Assist with furniture arrangement and event setup.
• Respond to weather-related duties and supervise security checks.
