Job summary

Elite Building Services is hiring two reliable Cleaners/Floaters in Wilmington, DE. Part-time evening shifts, 4-5 hours per night, 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Compensation $16.40 per hour for the first 6 months, with a pay increase afterward.

As a Floater, you cover vacancies and emergencies, clean restrooms and common areas, assist with events, and report issues. Must have reliable transportation, can lift 20+ pounds, and wear Elite Uniform during shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of custodial or commercial cleaning experience.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• MUST have a reliable transportation to location.

Responsibilities

• Fill vacancies and cover leave of absences as a Floater.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, lobbies, halls, elevators, and other common areas.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down events.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly.
• Dress code: Elite Uniform during working hours.
