Job summary

Elite Building Services in Wilmington, DE is hiring 2 reliable Cleaners/Floaters for the Market Street location. This part-time role offers evening shifts from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, about 4-5 hours per night, with starting pay of $16.40 per hour for the first 6 months and a pay increase afterward.

As a Floater, you will fill vacancies, cover leave, and handle emergency cleaning tasks across restrooms, lobbies, hallways, and high-traffic areas.

Qualifications

• 1 year of custodial or commercial cleaning experience.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• MUST have reliable transportation to location.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, lobbies, hallways, elevators, and other common areas.
• Dust, wipe, vacuum, sweep, and mop surfaces; empty trash/recycling.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down events; escort vendors and review completed work.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow safety protocols.
