Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to follow written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up Flexo presses efficiently to achieve high registration and quality.
• Troubleshoot dye rolls, cylinder positioning, tension, and ink prep.
• Maintain quality and production standards in the Flexo department.
• Cross-train across the department to support a high-output, on-time production flow.
• Log work and waste in ERP system using the time clock.
