Job summary

IPG is seeking a Finished Goods Handler in Springfield, OH to prepare finished rolls for storage, shipping, and delivery. You will wrap, label, palletize, and stage products according to quality and shipping standards, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

This 2pm–10:30pm schedule supports our manufacturing pace. The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and teamwork as you operate forklifts and other handling equipment while supporting inventory control and shipping

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or packaging experience preferred.
Forklift certification or the ability to become certified preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Wrap, label, band, and palletize finished products according to established procedures.
Inspect finished goods for quality, accuracy, and proper packaging prior to shipment.
Stage and organize products for storage or outbound transportation.
Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
Maintain accurate inventory transactions and product identification.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks while ensuring product integrity.
Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.
Communicate with production, warehouse, and shipping personnel to support efficient operations.
