Job summary

Sittercity Incorporated is seeking a family assistant in Towson, MD to support two children, ages 6 and 10, on 1-2 nights per week. The role includes meals, bath and bedtime routines, light housekeeping, and kid-focused laundry.

A reliable car is required for occasional school pickups and activities. The position offers a flexible schedule (Mon–Thurs evenings from 5:30/6 PM to 8:30/9 PM) with responsibilities spanning caregiving, homework help, meals, and light household tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for multiples (twins or siblings) is preferred.
• Sitter must have reliable transportation (own car).

Responsibilities

• Driving the kids to activities and school pickups when needed.
• Help with homework and prepare snacks/meals.
• Light housekeeping (kitchen, tidying, organizing) and laundry for the kids.
• Play with the children and engage in age-appropriate activities.
• Bedtime routines and toilet training support if needed.
• Run errands as required.
