Job summary

Advanced, Inc. is seeking a motivated Janitor to join our team in Bothell, WA 98011. The role focuses on maintaining a clean and sanitary facility for patients, visitors, and staff in a medical/office environment.

The position is full-time with a graveyard shift (5:00 PM – 1:30 AM). Responsibilities include cleaning tasks, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, waste disposal, and restocking supplies while collaborating with maintenance teams to ensure safety and cleanliness across the facility.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of all common areas, waiting rooms, hallways, and restrooms.
• Disinfect and sanitize high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, handrails, light switches, and elevator buttons.
• Empty and properly dispose of trash and medical waste according to established guidelines.
• Refill dispensers for soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be reordered.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning meeting rooms and event spaces as necessary.
• Collaborate with maintenance and facility teams to address any issues related to building cleanliness and safety.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Other tasks and projects requested by the customer and/or the Advanced, Inc. team.
