CCS Facility Services is seeking a janitor to maintain clean, organized and disinfected spaces at client sites in Maricopa, AZ. You will perform interior cleaning, trash removal, restroom upkeep, and basic maintenance per schedule.

The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and adheres to safety guidelines while delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning services during evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpets, windows, and walls.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, hallways, and common areas.

• Clean and maintain restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
• Wash and clean windows and mirrors.
• Empty trash and recycling; manage waste as directed.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions and maintenance needs.
