Duluth Trading Company is seeking an evening facilities cleaner at our Mount Horeb headquarters. The role focuses on maintaining a clean office environment, lobby area, restrooms, and break rooms, with nightly trash removal and regular dusting.

Responsibilities include adapting task schedules to support operations, stocking supplies, and performing snow removal as needed. The position is part-time, with shifts starting at 5:00 PM or 5:30 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Qualifications

• Maintain cleanliness in office areas, lobby, restrooms, and break rooms.
• Dust surfaces weekly and vacuum; manage supplies and inventory.
• Snow removal and safety considerations during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Keep facility clean and safe for employees and visitors.
• Adjust daily task schedule to support operations and minimize disruption.
• Recommend cleaning supplies and communicate replenishment needs to supervisor.
• Perform snow removal as needed and other duties as assigned.
