Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and maintaining its condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Respond to spills promptly and report major repairs.
• Lock up the facility and possibly arm alarms.
• Coordinate with contract cleaners as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
