Job summary

GDI, Inc. in Illinois is seeking General Cleaners to maintain a food manufacturing facility. You will clean floors, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment.

Work with a crew, follow supervisor instructions, wear steel-toed shoes when required, and have reliable transportation. Shifts are Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM; GDI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Experience with cleaning commercial buildings is a plus, but not required.
• Must have the ability to work with other crew members.
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Steel-toed shoes required when applicable.
• Ability to work in hot conditions.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of a food manufacturing facility.
• Cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, dusting and trash removal.
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.
