Job summary

Flagship Facility Services in the Tampa area seeks a dependable janitorial attendant to keep offices and common areas clean and orderly throughout the work shift.

You will sweep, mop, vacuum, wash surfaces, restock supplies, and assist with restroom sanitation, emphasizing safety and client needs. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, with 6 months of janitorial experience desirable. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors using industrial machines.
• Dust and wash walls, ceilings, and fixtures; clean blinds and glass.
• Move furniture as needed to access areas and remove stains.
• Restrooms: clean, sanitize, restock dispensers; manage trash and supplies.
• Periodically dust vents, blinds, and high surfaces; keep janitor’s closet organized.
