Job summary

Marsden South, a Marsden Holding Company, is seeking a part/full-time cleaner for a remote-friendly role. Duties include cleaning restrooms, sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and dusting across multiple locations.

Work schedule includes evenings Monday–Friday 6:00 PM – 11:45 PM and Saturdays 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM; must be able to lift up to 30lbs and drive between sites. Qualifications include 18+, valid driver’s license, ability to pass background checks, and reliability with the provided

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
• Must be able to drive between multiple locations.
• Able to follow schedule provided.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Driver's license and good driving record.
• Must pass extended background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Sweep/mop/vacuum.
• Remove and dispose of trash.
• High and low dusting.
