GRBS Inc. in Kentwood, Michigan, invites you to join our GRBS Family as a Night Cleaning Associate. This role runs Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm with one scheduled weekend per month, totaling about 40 hours per week.

Pay is $17 per hour. You will perform cleaning duties using GRBS tools, ensure building is clean and secure with nightly perimeter checks, and lead with integrity while supporting your team. We value a positive attitude, teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work daily.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
• Cleaning tasks: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restrooms, trash removal.
