Job summary

Aladdin Temp-Rite in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a General Custodian for the 11:00 AM–9:00 PM shift. This full-time role helps maintain a clean, safe facility that supports manufacturing operations and daily hospital meal service equipment.

You will perform a range of housekeeping duties, operate cleaning equipment, and assist with recycling and waste disposal while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Custodial or manufacturing cleaning experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain manufacturing areas, offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and other spaces.
• Perform routine housekeeping duties including sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and washing floors.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Maintain office furnishings, carpets, upholstery, windows, walls, and other fixtures.
• Operate custodial equipment and floor maintenance machines.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean work area.
• Support additional duties and special projects as assigned.
