Job summary

ESFM USA in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a full-time Janitor to maintain clean and orderly facilities. The role involves heavy cleaning duties, including floor care, rug shampooing, wall and glass washing, and waste disposal, with a schedule 6:00 pm – 2:30 am.

Qualified candidates will have janitorial experience and are expected to perform tasks per safety guidelines, with attention to infection control and cleanliness in accordance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Janitorial experience required.
• Familiar with infection control and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dusts and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
• Moves equipment and furniture for cleaning and places them back correctly.
• Cleans assigned areas with proper materials and sanitizes all surfaces.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards to maintain a clean environment.
• Performs tasks per supervisor instructions and adheres to all guidelines.
