Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Janitorial Cleaner in Fairlawn, OH to maintain a clean, safe environment across facilities. The role emphasizes quality sanitation and attention to detail, supporting daily operations for employees, clients, and visitors.

The position offers a Monday–Friday 5pm–8pm shift at a rate of $14.00 per hour with weekly pay. Previous janitorial experience is a plus, and ABM is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and waste in accordance with company policies.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies properly.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation.
