Job summary

The Facilities Group National is seeking an energetic cleaner to maintain client facilities to a high standard in Bellevue, WA. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks, manage time efficiently, and operate basic cleaning equipment to keep buildings looking pristine.

Experience with cleaning products is preferred. Availability for full-time shifts and compliance with EEO and safety policies are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – E-Verify.
• Some cleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and upkeep.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean spills with appropriate equipment.
• Perform minor repairs.
• Notify supervisors of major repairs.
• Complete tasks promptly with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Coordinate with contract cleaning services when needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
