Business Jet in Dallas is seeking a PM Facilities Cleaner – Floor Care to maintain a clean, safe, sanitary, and professional environment throughout the facility. This position performs routine janitorial duties and periodic specialized floor-care services.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision. They will have experience with commercial cleaning, floor-care equipment, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals;

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial cleaning and floor-care equipment.
• Understand safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Previous specialized floor-care experience preferred; however, training may be provided to a candidate who demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned buildings per schedules.
• Empty waste and recycling; transport to disposal areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Perform deep-cleaning projects and periodic floor maintenance.
• Operate buffers, burnishers, auto-scrubbers, carpet extractors, and vacuums.
• Follow safety procedures and airport/facility rules.
