Job summary

Westerville Veterinary Clinic is seeking an Emergency Veterinarian to provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to dogs and cats in a busy ER.

The role offers a rotating evening schedule (6:00pm–2:00am) with a favorable 5 on, 2 off pattern for full-time, plus a part-time option; the salary ranges from $150,000 to $220,000 annually, with a supportive team and strong emphasis on work–life balance.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution.
• Current Ohio veterinary license.
• 6 months to 4 years post-graduate ER experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical, surgical, and dental care.
• Collaborate with day teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain detailed medical records and client communication.
• Support a 5 to 1 staff to doctor ratio.
