Job summary

PAM Transport Inc. is hiring an Equipment Coordinator to operate forklifts, transfer materials, and coordinate with supervisors and maintenance staff. This on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 2pm–10pm, in Willard, OH, offering competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Responsibilities include handling freight paperwork, organizing trailers, and ensuring safety during loading and unloading. A valid driver’s license is required; forklift certification is preferred and the ability to lift 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicles and forklifts.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move materials between unloading, processing, loading, and storage areas.
• Move trailers in and out of the dock and secure loads for transport.
• Inspect trailers for safety and report any hazards or damage.
• Complete required paperwork for loading/unloading of customer freight.
• Assist with organizing loading materials and maintaining clean work areas.
• Occasionally assist with loading or unloading materials as needed.
