Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital in Cortlandt Manor, NY, seeks an Environmental Services Aide for the evening shift (3pm–11pm). Join our housekeeping team to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients and families, with emphasis on infection control and compassionate service.

The role requires ability to follow directions, communicate across staff levels, and perform routine tasks with patient safety in mind.

Qualifications

• Availability to work holidays and weekends.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
• Willing to perform routine, repetitive tasks on a continuous basis despite interruptions.
• Ability to perform tasks with due consideration for patients in vicinity.
• Initiative and judgment to meet hospital standards of patient care.
• Work under close supervision performing standardized tasks.
