United Health Services (UHS) Environmental Services is seeking an Environmental Service Aide to maintain a clean, safe area by following proper cleaning techniques and safety standards at UHS Binghamton General Hospital. Evening shift, 40 hours per week with compensation range of $17.05–$22.17 per hour depending on experience.

Minimum requirements include the ability to understand instructions; preferred HS diploma and 1–2 years of housekeeping/environmental services experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years housekeeping/environmental services experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned area in a clean, safe, sanitary condition by following prescribed cleaning techniques.
• Follow all prescribed safety standards.
