Job summary

BlueGreen Alliance Inc is seeking a Hand Packer to safely and accurately package eggs in accordance with company standards, food safety requirements, and production goals. Strong communication with Grader Operators helps maintain efficient product flow.

You will remove eggs from the line, apply correct labels and dates, and place items on pallets. Maintain a clean, GMP-compliant workspace and report any quality or safety concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

• Remove eggs from the production line and place them into packaging or pallets.
• Identify, remove, and dispose of damaged or dirty eggs.
• Apply correct labels and verify dates for accuracy.
• Communicate with denester and line team members regarding product flow changes.
• Pack and unpack finished goods as required.
• Report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to the lead or manager.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform routine cleaning duties in assigned areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain GMP and PPE compliance.
