You will work as part of a team to provide dependable, respectful, person-centered services while promoting independence and safety for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include documenting accurately, adhering to service plans, and maintaining professional communication with the support team and families.

• Must meet all education, experience, certification, background, and training requirements applicable to the position.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to use electronic systems and technology for documentation, communication, scheduling, and training.
• Must successfully complete all pre-employment and ongoing employment requirements.
