Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking energetic and dependable individuals for the evening doorstep trash and recycling collection across multifamily communities. Training is provided; no prior experience required.

You will use a field app for timekeeping and reporting, lift up to 25 lbs, and work with an open-bed pickup truck at various properties. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a smartphone for the company app.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Own an open bed pickup truck (required at most properties).

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Utilize the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize the company app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using your vehicle or cart and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters or chute rooms.
• Perform additional services at communities, which may include porter service, bulk item hauling, pressure washing, and litter removal.
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor to ensure a streamlined workflow.
• Work quietly to minimize noise and adhere to core values.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. and climb stairs.
• Have a smartphone to download and use the company app.
