Job summary

Valet Living is hiring part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists (Service Valets) in Gaithersburg, MD. You will collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps, keeping communities clean and safe until morning.

Typical schedule is 10–15+ hours weekly with evening shifts, paid at $20.50–$22.50 per hour depending on duties. DailyPay is available; no weekend work and local assignments near your home.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Smartphone with data plan to download and use our work app, and willingness to receive SMS communications throughout pre-employment and employment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine.
• Reliable transportation: Open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport to the on-site compactor.
• Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, all within the same local area.
• Stay active by walking apartment communities, climbing stairs, and working outdoors.
• No long-distance driving, bulk item collection, or off-site dumping.
• Use our mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos when needed.
