Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking evening-shift team members to perform nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection across multifamily communities. You’ll use a designated tote or cart, operate within quiet hours, and rely on the company app for check-ins and reporting.

Owning an open-bed pickup truck is required at most properties; a valid driver’s license and auto insurance are mandatory. Training is provided; high school diploma and customer service experience are a plus.

• Owner of an open-bed pickup truck is required at most properties; valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Use the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize the company app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it on-site.
• Perform additional services as needed at assigned communities (porter service, bulk item hauling, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor to ensure smooth workflow.
• Work quietly and efficiently to minimize noise for residents.
• Adhere to core values and perform other duties as assigned.
• Lift up to 25 lbs; climb stairs; work outdoors in varying weather.
• Owning an open-bed pickup truck and valid driver’s license / insurance are mandatory for properties requiring a truck.
• Have a cell phone to download and use the company app.
