Job summary

Butler Plus seeks energetic team members for nightly doorstep trash collection across multifamily communities. Training is provided, and employees use the company app for scheduling and reporting. You must own an open-bed pickup truck, have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Work Fridays and Saturdays evenings, outdoors in varying weather. Competitive daily pay and incentive programs are offered, with opportunities for growth within a growing company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Own an open bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name or listed as an authorized driver.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Utilize the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize Butler Plus’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using your open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters or chute rooms.
• Perform additional services as needed at assigned communities (porter service, bulk item hauling, pressure washing, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor/manager to ensure workflow.
• Work quietly and efficiently to minimize noise for residents.
