Job summary

Ross Express in West Springfield, MA is hiring a Dockworker to join our team for a 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM shift. You will load/unload freight, operate pallet jacks and forklifts, and ensure freight is secured and inspected for damage.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to read orders and follow safety protocols. Prior warehousing or manufacturing experience is preferred.
