Job summary

Community Concierge Services, Greensboro NC, is seeking District Porters for a part-time evening role. You will drive a company-provided pickup truck, collect doorstep trash and recycling, and keep areas clean. No experience required; paid training; W2 employee position.

Shifts are Sunday–Thursday 7:00 PM–3:00 AM and Friday–Saturday 7:00 PM–1:00 AM, with 20–35 hours weekly and up to 5 shifts. Direct deposit on the 5th and 20th; advancement opportunities in a growing national service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with 5+ years of clean driving history.
• Smartphone with active data plan for route management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and work outdoors in all weather.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional.
• Must be 18+ and have an active bank account for direct deposit.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided pickup truck to assigned apartment communities.
• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the onsite compactor or dumpster.
• Keep compactor and trash chute areas broom-swept and clean.
• Replace dog station bags and common area waste bags.
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents.
