Qualifications

• Must communicate and comprehend both written and oral information.
• Proficient in addition, subtraction, and basic math in all units of measure.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 months to 1 year in a distribution center preferred.
• Ability to operate forklift, stock picker, two-wheeler, wrapping machine, dollies, carts.
• OSHA safety training or certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Read customer orders to determine items to pick and load for delivery.
• Assemble orders from stock and place on pallets for trucks.
• Load product on trucks in predetermined order.
• Ensure product integrity and accuracy during loading.
• Perform equipment inspections and complete shift log sheets.
• Clean distribution center and plug equipment into charging stations at shift end.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and report violations to supervisor.
• Other duties as required.
