Job summary

• Previous kitchen and dishwashing experience is required.
• Availability for part-time schedule (5:00 pm–9:00 pm, Mon–Fri; rotating weekends).
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses dishes and operates dishwashing equipment as assigned to ensure cleanliness.
• washes pots, pans and trays and maintains sanitation.
• Polishes silver using specified methods and ensures cleanliness.
• Maintains safety and sanitation standards in the dish area.
• Keeps dish area orderly and floors clean according to standards.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas and assists with loading/unloading.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
