Job summary

The Sicilian Butcher Nashville is seeking a Dishwasher for evenings/PM shifts in a fast-paced scratch kitchen. You will help keep the kitchen running smoothly by ensuring a steady supply of clean tools and dishware for service.

No prior experience is required—on-the-job training is provided. You must be at least 18, enjoy teamwork, and be eager to learn the menu and products we carry. Competitive pay and full-time benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• No previous experience is needed. On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using a dishwasher or by hand.
• Keep the dishwasher clean and stocked. Immediately report any functional or mechanical problems to the Kitchen Manager.
• Monitor dishwasher water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition
• Clean and remove trash from designated kitchen areas
• Organize clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen
• Maintain proper levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
