Job summary

Brookville Center for Children's Services in Jericho is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the AHRC Jericho Birchwood Park Crescent location. Mon-Fri 5p-11p, 30 hours per week. The role is full-time equivalent with compensation starting at $14 per hour.

You will support residents in daily living, promoting health and safety, self-care, social activities, and community engagement while adhering to program policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid NYS driver’s license and maintain driver status throughout employment.
• Must be able to communicate and understand written and oral directives/information

Responsibilities

• Practice and promote the agency’s mission and guiding principles in every interaction.
• Provide ongoing support to residents to maintain a high quality of life.
