Job summary

Merakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Willow Grove, PA program. No experience required; we provide PAID training and immediate hiring for individuals who want to help others live more independently.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, including housekeeping and laundry, under supervision of the House Manager. The role offers a Sunday-Thursday shift 4:00pm-12:00am and a pay rate of $16.75–$18.75 per hour with an enhanced pay option.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• High School diploma/G.E.D. preferred
• Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities under supervision of the House Manager.
• Encourage, mentor, and coach individuals to achieve goals.
• Maintain living areas and report progress to supervisors.
• Follow procedures to ensure safety and quality of care.
