Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated CNA for a recurring evening shift in the Lake Wylie area. You will provide essential personal care and home support to clients, following a nurse's plan of care, with training and ongoing support from a caring team.

The role offers steady hours with a consistent schedule, flexible options across full-time, part-time, per-diem, and on-call, and a mission-driven environment where patient comfort and independence are prioritized.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of work experience in caregiving or related field.
• Completed a recognized CNA training program and be certified.
• Demonstrates empathy, patience, kindness, and respect in client care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, household support, and companion care per written plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.).
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform range of motion exercises and assist with mobility/ transfers.
• Support with medication reminders and vital sign checks.
• Support clients with routine home tasks (light housekeeping, laundry, etc.).
• Maintain compassionate, patient-centered care and build trust with clients.

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated CNA for a recurring evening shift near the Lake Wylie area!

As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking steady hours with a consistent schedule.

Shift details:

• Monday - Friday
• Every other Saturday
• 1pm - 9pm
• $18/hr

While you support clients one-on-one with activities of daily living, we’ll support you with training, flexibility, and a team dedicated to creating a great employee experience.

What you’ll do:

Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, you’ll provide personal care, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home. As a BAYADA CNA, you’ll have the opportunity to develop close relationships with your clients while you help them with:

• Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Range of motion/exercises
• Assisting with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)
• Medication reminders
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration

What makes you a great candidate:

• Have at least one year of work experience.
• Have successfully completed a recognized CNA training course and be certified to work as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

• A commitment to being present and providing quality care.

• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
