Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring a Crew Team Member for the closing-dinner shift. You will take orders, prepare and serve food, and maintain a clean counter and dining area. Opportunities for raises based on performance and availability are noted.

Part-time positions are available across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with dinner coverage typically 4:00pm–1:30am. Training and education programs are offered and encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Perform duties taking orders, preparing, serving food and beverages and cleaning duties.
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals.
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food.
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic—cleaning duties.
