Job summary

StoryPoint Chattanooga is seeking a part-time server/wait staff for 4pm–8pm to deliver friendly, attentive dining service in our senior living community. You will help residents and guests enjoy meals while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

No prior restaurant experience is required; we value a team-oriented attitude, excellent customer service, and fluent English. Training is provided with opportunities to grow within the community.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and foster teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner to residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Ensure residents and guests receive high-quality food promptly.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional conduct; practice good hygiene.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Handle resident concerns professionally and tactfully.
• Follow all Dining Services Standards of service.
