Job summary

Heeter is hiring for a 2nd shift (3 pm – 11 pm) Digital Press Operator to run Ricoh VC70000, Ricoh 9210 and Ricoh Z75 presses in a fast-paced digital print department. The role requires mechanical aptitude and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-energy environment.

Preferred candidates will have experience with inserting machines, be able to stand for long periods, and pass background and drug screening. Overtime and weekend work are possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with experience operating printing presses or inserting machines.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a very fast-paced machine environment.
• Able to work well individually or in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the digital press to job specifications with attention to detail.
• Follow standardized work processes and safety practices in a continuous improvement environment.
• Carry out assigned tasks and support all areas of production, including digital bindery if needed.
