Cortland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support residents with meals, assist in food service operations, and help maintain clean, safe dining spaces that enhance well-being.

Shifts are 4pm-8pm with alternating weekends and holidays. A high school diploma or GED and English literacy are required. The role offers $16.00 per hour, opportunities for growth, and a collaborative, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English, follow directions, and complete tasks.
• Ability to interact positively with residents, families, clients, center staff, and the public.
• Ability to lift/carry a maximum of fifty pounds, push/pull a maximum of fifty pounds, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of time.

Responsabilités

• Portion and serve food items.
• Deliver trays and carts to resident floors and dining rooms.
• Work on tray line, dish room, and pot sink.
• Sweep, mop, and dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.
