Valley Vue Care Center in Armstrong, IA is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our friendly, caring team. This role supports residents during meals, ensuring diets are followed and items are available for each meal.

You will help record food temperatures, keep the kitchen and equipment clean, and contribute to a safe, comfortable dining experience for residents. Evening shifts 4:30p–7:30p, PRN schedule available.

Qualifications

• High school education (10th grade) required.
• Experience in skilled nursing foodservice is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals ensuring items meet dietary needs.
• Record temperatures and maintain safe food handling practices.
• Keep kitchen and dietary equipment clean and sanitized; support a safe dining environment.
