Job summary

Avantara Redfield is seeking a Dietary Aide for the evening shift (2pm-9pm) to join a friendly, caring team. You will assist residents with meals, confirm proper items per dietary needs, and help maintain safe food handling and sanitation in the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Minimum tenth grade education.
• Prior Skilled Nursing Foodservice experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals and ensure the items align with dietary needs.
• Record and monitor temperatures to ensure food safety and sanitation.
• Keep kitchen and dietary equipment clean, sanitized, and organized.
